Adrian, MI—Adult Programs

Description

During the Weekly Fall Walks program, participants took part in discussions on the importance of healthy eating and strategies to change eating habits. A FunFit Family Festival for the community was held at a local park. Approximately 30 local businesses came together to teach the community about heart-healthy eating and healthy living. The community was very receptive to this festival, and we hope to continue it in the future.
