Valdosta, GA—Adult Programs


Description

Reaching for the Stars with Hearts N' Parks was a brown bag lunch program that offered lectures on health topics such as hypertension, heart-healthy eating, heart attack alert signs, and osteoporosis. Other activities included health screenings for high blood pressure, high blood cholesterol, and diabetes. Participants gained valuable knowledge about the importance of a heart-healthy lifestyle.
